With this in mind, the Sales & Marketing team came together for a two-day outdoor team trip in Himachal Pradesh, combining culture, exploration, adventure, and team bonding.
The trip offered a welcome change from our usual work environment and gave the team an opportunity to connect with each other in a relaxed and informal setting.
A Warm Welcome at Taj Theog
Our stay at Taj Theog began with a warm and traditional welcome, with the team being greeted with tika and traditional hospitality. The beautiful surroundings and thoughtful welcome set the tone for a memorable and enjoyable team experience in the hills.
Day 1: Discovering Shimla’s Heritage


The first day began with a heritage walk through Shimla, taking the team through the city’s historic streets and iconic landmarks.
Walking through Shimla’s heritage areas offered a glimpse into the city’s rich history, architecture, and unique character. Exploring the city together also created plenty of opportunities for informal conversations, interaction, and getting to know colleagues beyond their day-to-day roles.
The heritage walk was a perfect start to the trip—relaxed, insightful, and full of shared moments.
Day 2: Hiking to Hatu Peak


The second day brought a completely different experience as the team took on a hike to Hatu Peak.
Surrounded by the spectacular Himalayan landscape, the hike challenged everyone physically while bringing out the spirit of teamwork and encouragement. Walking together, supporting one another along the trail, and reaching the destination as a team made the experience particularly rewarding.
The hike to Hatu Peak was not just about reaching the summit. It was about enjoying the journey together, stepping outside our comfort zones, and experiencing the energy that comes from working towards a common goal.
Building Connections Beyond the Workplace
The two-day trip—from exploring Shimla’s heritage to hiking to Hatu Peak—provided a great opportunity to connect beyond our everyday work.
