Defects are found on the press while a code is printed and scanned. That code then follows the material through the whole process.
- Finishing
Laminating or coating is inspected in sync, and results from both steps are merged into one complete quality report.
- Slitting
Large defects are located and removed at full speed. The machine stops right at each marked defect to keep waste low.
