Digital printing means high variability, frequent job changes and small runs, so presses need ever more flexibility.
iPQ-Check Digital is designed for exactly that. It takes the proven technology of the analogue iPQ-Check and adapts it for industrial medium and large-format digital presses, giving you 100% inline inspection with any job length or layout, right down to runs of one.
The SMARTData interface ties pre-press, printing and post-press together. Jobs are prepared digitally, sent to iPQ-Check Digital automatically and run without operator input, including automatic job changes and inspection from the first format.
Defect classification reliably detects and records faults typical of digital printing, such as nozzle or print head defects. Precision, flexibility and automation together improve your production for the long term.
