Preparation
Preparation
With our SMARTData Preparation Advanced tools, we enable our customers to simplify their recipe and job management with the pre-press to reduce manual operator efforts and input errors.
Our simple RESTful API can get complete recipes from ERP or other prepress systems via a customized access. Also an automatic start of the inspection is possible via this interface to relieve the operator.
For an even deeper integration, we partner with many industry suppliers. ERP systems, MIS and prepress solutions – we are well connected and can provide an easy integration in existing workflows.
Review
ReviewWith our completely redesigned review tool for the post-press process, we show all the relevant information: Defect history, comparison with original picture and many details for each finding.
With only one click, the operator or quality manager can judge about the defects (OK/NOK dicision).
In the clear roll map, the customer can see the whole roll on a single view. Hotspots are visible and available immediately for postprocessing.
Lake
A central data storage for all your process data from BST and other systems (iPQ etc.). Based on a modern database und equipped with RESTful API, this is the foundation for many other applications like Track & Trace and Converting Control, but also for the integration of external sensors.
